Title: Accounting Training for New Employees without Accounting Backgournd

Introduction:

This project is a lecture-based face-to-face course, which is designed for new employee's training in an accounting firm.  In this project, I examined the use of  instructional systems design model to create an instruction. It reflects my understanding toward ID in my early stage of the program.

Introduction:

In this project, we developed a web-based learning environment, including a series of learning courses as well as a learning community. This project was designed for middle school students to cultivate their interests and concerns about energy and environment issues.

Title: Enhance the Collaborative Learning in Active Learning Classroom

Introduction:

This project is a workshop in active learning classroom, which aims to guide faculty members how to effectively design collaborative learning strategies in classroom, especially by taking advantages of technology in advanced active learning classroom. 

​

**In this project, I used two different instructional approaches to design the workshop based on the same context. Approach 1 used direct instruction. Approach 2 applied a problem-based learning method.

Title: How to Evaluate Effectively (group project)

Introduction:

We proposed a blended learning program based on customer's expectations to train the learning consultants about evaluation models. The program includes a stand-alone e-learning module and a face-to-face workshop. I was responsible for developing the e-learning module.

Introduction:

This project intends to cultivate children's interests toward scientific topics and develop their inquiry skills to explore, investigate and research. It is designed as a mobile learning App and developed by Adobe Captivate.
